Top of the Stove Cassaroles

This Is A Family Favorite. I'ts Cheap and Fast To Make. And Oh So Good

24 ounces Egg Noodles
2 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Chopped onion
2 cans Cambell's cream of mushroom soup

1 can evaporated milk
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.

2. While noodles cook, brown ground beef and onions.Drain off excess fat.

3. Combine soups, sour cream and Italian seasoning in large saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes (do not boil).


4. Add to meat and add cheese.

5. Simmer for 10 minutes,stirring frequently,(do not boil).

Serve over warm egg noodles
