4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/4 Teaspoons Double-acting Baking Powder
2/3 Cup Butter -- Chilled and Diced
3 Medium Eggs
1 1/3 Cups Sour Cream

1. Mix together in a large bowl, 4 cups flour, salt, baking powder, butter, egg and sour cream until thoroughly blended.

2. Turn dough ball onto board dusted with flour and knead briefly.

3. Flatten, and wrap in plastic and chill for one hour.

4. Add filling of your choice

5. Place in boiling water and boil until they float to the top.

6. When ready to eat, fry in butter or deep fry.
