Easy Pecan Rolls

1 stick butter -- plus 2 tablespoons, melted
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
1 package frozen rolls
1 cup chopped pecans
1 3 ounce pack butterscotch pudding mix
1. Prepare the night before cooking.
2. Melt butter; stir cinnamon and sugar together. Add to butter.
3. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
4. Put 1/2 of pecans in bottom of greased pan.
5. Put in 1/2 of rolls. Sprinkle with rest of pecans. Put in rest of rolls.
6. Pour butter/sugar mixture over rolls.
7. Sprinkle pudding mix on top of rolls.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and leave on kitchen counter overnight. Rolls will thaw and
rise to fill pan completely by morning.
9. Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes. Invert pan immediately on a plate; shake carefully.
