Foil Serving Size : 4 Categories : Potatoes 4 Large baking potatoes -- pared and sliced Salt to Taste 4 bacon strips -- cooked 1 large onion -- sliced 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup butter -- cut into pieces Place potatoes on large piece of extra-strength foil. Season with salt Crumble bacon over potatoes. Add onion and cheese; dot with butter. Wrap loosely and seal well with a double fold. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350*F (175*C) oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning package occasionally. |
