| Cashew Chicken Categories : Oriental, Chicken 1 Lb Chicken Breasts (cut into bite size pieces 1 Egg 1/4 Cup Milk Salt to Taste Flour Peanut Oil 1. Heat oil while preparing chicken. 2. Mix chicken with enough flour to coat. Let stand for 15 min. 3. Mix egg, salt and milk in bowl. 4. Place more flour in an addtional container. 5. Put chicken in egg mixture and let stand 10 min 6. Roll each piece of chicken in flour and drop into hot oil, cook till light brown. 7. For extra crunchy repeat the dipping process 8. Serve with rice and Cashew Sauce (In Sauce Cookbook) Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 104 Calories Cashew Chicken Sauce 1 Chicken Bouillion Cube 1 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch 1 1/2 Teaspoons Oyster Sauce Chopped Green Onions Cashews 1. Boil water and dissolve bouillion cube 2. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm 3. Add corn starch and oyster sauce 4. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly till thickened 5.
