1 c. light Karo syrup
1 lb. pkg. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cond. milk
Salted Peanuts
4 batches salted popcorn

1. Boil brown sugar and Karo syrup together for 3 minutes; remove from heat.

2. Add 1/2 lb. butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 can sweetened cond. milk.

3. Bring back to a boil stirring constantly.

4. Pour over salted popcorn; stir in nuts and coat evenly.
