| Beef and Hash Brown
Bake Serving Size : 4 Categories : Hamburger, Casseroles 4 Cups Hash Browns -- Frozen 3 Tablespoons Oil 1 Lb Hamburger 1 Cup Water 1 3/4 Oz. Brown Gravy Mix 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt -- I use McCormick 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- Shredded 1 Can Fried Onions 1. Combine hash browns, oil, and pepper in a 9x13 casserole. 2. Press around bottom and sides. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins. 4. Brown beef, drain. Stir in gravy, water, and garlic salt; boil. 5. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Place in potato shell. 6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onion. Bake 5 more mins. |
