| Baked Ham with Apricot
Glaze Categories : Meat, Ham 1 boneless ham -- lean (3 lbs) Apricot Glaze: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup apricot jam 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tsp dry mustard 1 sprigs fresh rosemary Place the ham in a shallow baking pan and simply bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius) oven for 1 hour. After the ham has cooked for an hour, combine the brown sugar, apricot jam, vinegar, and dry mustard, and pour over the ham Increase the oven heat to 425 degree Fahrenheit (220 degree Celsius) and bake still uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, spooning any glaze that accumulates in the pan back over the ham. |
