| Baked Brownie Pudding Serving Size : 8 Categories : Pudding Desserts 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tsps. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt (necessary) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps. cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 Tbsps. unsalted butter -- melted 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 3/4 cups hot water 2 cups whipped cream 1. Preheat oven to temperature 350°F. 2. Sift together first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbs. cocoa in a bowl. 3. Add next 3 ingredients and mix until smooth. 4. Pour into an 8 inch baking pan. 5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa well. 6. Sprinkle over batter already in pan. Pour hot water over. Bake 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream. |
